By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

1. About the Platform

1.1 The Website operates as an online marketplace and booking platform that enables users to discover, compare, and book services offered by independent spa, massage, and wellness service providers (“Service Providers”) operating in Dubai and other locations within the United Arab Emirates.

1.2 Xela Information Technology LLC does not provide spa, massage, wellness, medical, or therapeutic services of any kind.
All services advertised or booked through the Website are offered, managed, and performed solely by third-party Service Providers.

1.3 The Company’s role is strictly limited to providing access to the Website, facilitating listings, and enabling booking-related functionality.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “Website” or “Platform” means www.spa-massage.ae

• “Company” means Xela Information Technology LLC

• “User”, “Customer”, “you” means any individual accessing or using the Website

• “Service Provider” means any third-party spa, salon, or wellness business listed on the Website

• Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any Services;

• Assume responsibility for the acts or omissions of Service Providers.

4.3 Any booking or service contract is entered directly between the User and the Service Provider, and the Company is not a party to such contract.

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 All bookings made through the Website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the relevant Service Provider.

5.2 Prices, service descriptions, availability, and policies are determined solely by the Service Provider.

5.3 Payments, where applicable, may be processed via third-party payment service providers. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted payment processing.

5.4 The Company bears no responsibility for service delivery failures, cancellations, delays, or disputes arising between Users and Service Providers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation and refund policies are established independently by each Service Provider.

6.2 Users are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable cancellation and refund terms prior to confirming a booking.

6.3 The Company does not guarantee refunds and shall not be liable for refund disputes related to third-party services.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Website;
b) Use the Website only for lawful purposes;
c) Refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct;
d) Comply with all Service Provider rules, instructions, and policies.

8. Service Provider Obligations

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

a) Holding valid trade licenses and regulatory approvals;
b) Ensuring service quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE laws;
c) Managing customer complaints and disputes related to their services.

9. Health and Medical Disclaimer

9.1 Services listed on the Website are not medical or healthcare services.

9.2 Users are advised to seek professional medical advice before booking services if they have any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.

9.3 The Company shall not be liable for any injury, allergic reaction, illness, or adverse outcome arising from services provided by Service Providers.

10. Intellectual Property
